- Freshmen, August 26, 8-11 AM, at the Ninth Grade Center
- Sophomores, August 27, 7-11 AM
- Juniors and Seniors, August 27, 12-2 PM

Start of Year Forms
Annual Required Updates in Parent Portal
The following Returning Student Forms must be completed or updated in Parent Portal (Here's how to):
- Permission/Agreements - Parents must sign this form to acknowledge the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), Student/Parent Handbook, Virtual Course Consent, and other items included in the form.
- Student Contact Updates - Add or remove contacts and update phone numbers and emails.
- Student Change of Address - Confirm or update your current address.
- Concussion Awareness - Required for 9th grade parents.
- Transportation Request Form
Annual Education Benefit Form
All parents, please complete an Education Benefits Form. It is also available on the Food Service page on our district website: https://chippewavalley.familyportal.cloud/. The Education Benefits Form collects information needed to make sure Chippewa Valley receives necessary state and federal funds for education programs. Learn more.
If Needed, Student Health Forms
And any necessary Student Health Forms may be brought in to our main office.
